Transportation requirements for vortex blowers

Before transporting a vortex blower, the entire unit must be properly sealed and protected to prevent bumps, contamination, and component damage during transit. Before transport, clean any debris from the machine surface and completely seal the inlet and outlet with sealing material to prevent dust, moisture, and debris from entering the blower cavity during transport. Corner protectors and cushioning pads should be installed on vulnerable areas such as the outer casing, corners, and junction boxes. The entire unit should be sealed and secured in a standard cardboard box or wooden crate, ensuring the box is sturdy and secure. Simultaneously, check that all fasteners and accessories are secure and not loose. Small accessories should be collected and secured together to prevent loss or displacement during transport, ensuring the equipment enters the transport stage in a completely sealed state.

The loading, unloading, and handling of the equipment must be carried out according to standardized procedures, strictly prohibiting rough handling that could damage the equipment. Handle with care during transport, supporting the entire machine with a stable load. Never lift vulnerable parts such as the motor, cables, or air vents by hand, and never throw, drag, or roll the equipment. Manual handling requires coordinated effort to maintain the machine's stability and avoid tilting or collisions. Mechanical hoisting requires the use of appropriate lifting equipment, ensuring the center of gravity is accurately located for even force distribution, and avoiding single-point hoisting, oblique pulling, or forceful dragging to prevent deformation, casing cracking, and impeller displacement. Throughout the loading and unloading process, collisions with hard or sharp objects must be avoided to prevent scratches and deformation of the aluminum alloy casing, ensuring the overall structural integrity of the machine.

Vehicle transportation and securing during transit must comply with regulations to ensure stable and safe transport throughout the process. Transport vehicle compartments must be kept flat, dry, and clean, free of water, debris, and sharp protrusions. After loading, the fans must be arranged stably and categorized, with buffer gaps between equipment to avoid tight compression and friction. When stacking multiple layers, cushioning pads must be laid, and stacking height must be strictly controlled to prevent deformation under heavy pressure. Throughout the entire process, the equipment must be securely tied and secured with straps and ropes to prevent slippage, tipping, or collisions during vehicle travel or braking. During transportation, it is necessary to take precautions against rain, moisture, and sun. It is strictly forbidden for the equipment to be exposed to rain or sun for a long time. Upon arrival at the site, the equipment should be inspected and unloaded in a timely manner and stored properly to avoid long-term exposure to the elements, which could cause the equipment to become damp, age, or rust.
